Profile: Marc Seldin Rosen, Esq.
Marc
Seldin Rosen, the founder and managing partner of the firm, earned his
bachelor’s degree from Emory University, a master’s degree from Catholic
University, and his law degree from the Emory University School of Law.
He worked in the White House during the Carter administration and later
served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward S. Northrop, Chief Judge
Emeritus of the United States District Court for the District of
Maryland. Mr. Rosen has been a trial lawyer for 26 years, trying cases
involving virtually all aspects of civil litigation. As liaison counsel,
he represented victims of the Chase Maryland rail disaster, which
resulted in settlements in excess of 115 million dollars. Among other
notable cases, Mr. Rosen represented the flight crew of Pan Am flight
103. An experienced and successful appellate lawyer, he has argued
dozens of cases before the Maryland and United States appellate courts,
many of which have resulted in the evolution of new law. Mr. Rosen has
been designated one of “Maryland’s Best Lawyers” in the areas of
personal injury and product liability litigation.
