- Guardianship matters, appellate practice, family law, research and
writing, civil litigation support, wills and estate planning.

- Associate Attorney. State and Federal appellate practice, included
researching and writing briefs and oral argument before the United States
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Experience in all aspects of
civil litigation: taking depositions, drafting and responding to written
discovery, drafting motions for summary judgment, pre-trial memoranda,
jury instructions, and trial work. Provided employment advice for banking
client. Handled litigation, advice letters, and other commercial matters
for banking client. Handled all family law, estate planning and
administration, and guardianship matters for the firm.
