In January of 2002 the firm was pleased to announce that Timothy C. Lynch
became a partner with Shar, Rosen and Warshaw. Timothy C. Lynch has
been with the firm for 5 years and mainly handles commercial litigation.
In February of 2002, a jury returned a verdict in excess of $4.3 million
for one of our client's in a condemnation case that Marc S. Rosen tried
along with co-counsel in the Circuit Court for Baltimore county.
In March of 2002, the firm was pleased to announce that Eric Pelletier
has joined the Firm as an associate.

Dakota Trial Lawyers Association's 25th Annual Seminar in Fargo, North
Dakota.
In June of 2002, Marcus Z. Shar will be a featured speaker at the
Maryland Trial Lawyers Associations' Convention in Baltimore, Maryland.
In July of 2002, Marcus Z. Shar will be presenting a demonstration of a
closing argument at the Association of Trial Lawyers Of America's Convention
in Atlanta, Ga.
